My new system, which case?

I have ordered all the parts to my new system with the exception of the case/power supply. I am getting the Antec SX1040B from directron, but should I upgrade the power supply to an enermax EG465P-VE-FC(Whisper quiet) or keep the Antec 400W. I would like to know which one is considered more reliable, and which one is quieter.

antec 300watts cost $109 at BESTBUY.

the one w/out the cover cost $99 at compusa.

keep the antec PSU...enermax is mediocre and overpriced...

if u want a quieter one, substitute the fan yourself to a lower RPM 80mm, and get the 1030B so the heat dissipation is lower on the 300watt psu...
