Power supply
already have

I have this right now. I am wondering if it will be acceptable for the new parts I am planning to purchase.

Case ~75$
Currently using an Antec Sonata, but with the parts I am upgrading to I don't think the case is big enough. I am willing to spend 50-150$ on a new case, preferably one that is bare and letting me add my own fans, psu, etc.

Motherboard/CPU ~229$ for both after rebate.
Abit IP35-E, E6750
I live in Socal and I can take advantage of this deal at Fries. I will be running and default speeds but might do some minor overclocking, but just at whatever is possible at stock parts.

Heatsink/fan for the CPU ~75$
I have some Artic Silver 5 and would like to just use the stock heatsink, so I would like to save my money here on name brand heatsink. If I do get a case that I need to get my own fans I need some suggestions on what kind to get because I have never bought fans before.

Memory ~59$ after rebate.
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Monitor
already own.
Mouse/keyboard
already own!
Operating System
already own (WinXP).
Snacks
Ricecakes..yum!

I would like this machine to last me for the next few years. My previous machine that I am using now is:

Abit NF7 v 2.0
Athlon Mobile 1.6ghz
1gb Crucial XMX ram
BFG Geforce 6800OC

This has lasted me for over 2 years, but I got a nice new job and am willing to drop some bread for an upgrade.

This new rig will be used for mostly gaming. Although I am not a hardcore gamer I like to be able to run the latest games on good settings to enjoy them. I am planning to get into the following:

TF2
Warhammer Online
Age of Conan
COD4
Crysis

I would like to experience those games in all their full glory.

I am from Los Angeles and willing to drive to Fries if there is a good deal rather than pay for shipping. I mostly buy from parts from Newegg unless there is a good deal elsewhere.

Total cost for above is around 600$. After I sell off my old rig I should be spending a very reasonable amount for some amazing hardware.

If anyone has any input, suggestions, ideas, or anything at all please post!

No overclocking ? Then stick with the stock cooler, or perhaps spend 30$ on a quiet arctic freezer 7 pro. If you need casefans, check out silentpcreviews.com for suggestions. Like yate loons, s-flex or nexus casefans. If you get a p180b from newegg, for 130$ I think, or perhaps a new antec sonata III for 100$ or so WITH a antec earthwatts 500w, then you don't really need extra casefans. The earthwatts is a good PSU btw, although the OCZ you have should be able to run your rig just fine.
