I have a

Asus P5N-E nForce 650i SLI Chipset LGA775 FSB1333 DDR2 Mainboard

that came with

2GB (2x1GB) PC6400 DDR2/800 Dual Channel Memory
i have 700 w power supply

that are plugged in staggered [x] [] [x] []

i bought some new RAM

Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400C5C 4GB XMS2 PC2-6400 800Mhz 240-pin Dual Channel DDR2 Desktop Memory

and i figure should be compatible with my motherboard, and I remove my old RAM and plug my new ones in the same slots. I reboot and CPU runs but nothing happens, nothing on the screen. I take one off, and leave one in [x] [] [] [] and reboot, and gave me an error about overclocking failed, but I was able to start Windows with it regardless.

Can someone help me regarding how to use my new RAM? or are they not compatible so I have to return them? Any ideas which ones are compatible? Thanks!
