My new PC..

Here's the specs of my new PC:
MSI 865PE Neo2-PFS (not overclocking so it should be fine right?)
P4 2.8E
KingMax 512MB PC-3500 DDR433 SDRAM (will add more later.. my family is on a tight budget)
ATI radeon 9800 pro 128mb (256bit of course 😀)
any keyboard and monitor
logitech mx 310 mouse

I was wondering if the components will work well in conjunction to each other b/c sometimes some parts might not work well with others and etc (good setup or no?)

besides the prescott, it looks ok. northwood 2.8 > prescott 2.8 unless you have some sort of crazy liquid nitrogen cooling for some major overclocking...

looks good, but u might want to get the 2.8C instead....
the northwoods bench faster than the prescotts right now (and run cooler)

If you're on a tight budget, there's no need to get PC3500. You can save $11 and get Mushkin PC3200

Oh I almost forgot. How much Watts would I need for the PSU?

A 350W Antec or a 320W Enermax would be plenty. Just don't get a crappy PSU.
