i wont overclock it so im concerning about stability, RAM and PSU.. can you comment it.. thx in advance

Planning on cossfire with the x1900XT ever? If so take a look at the Corsair HX520W. If your not going to do crossfire, look at the 460W Enhance ENP, or 460W Masscool Nextherm.

nothing wrong with the ThermalTake, I have one and its pretty solid. maybe for "true" power the above guy is mentioning...i dunno though. overall, good build dude :D

Thermaltake should be avoided in my opinion; checkout Seasonic, Enhance, Forton-Source, and PCP&C. 350 watts+ from any of the before mentioned brands would be plenty.

I would also opt for a Thermalright Ultra-90/120, SI-120/97A, Zalman CNPS-9500AT, or the socket 775 Alpha (can't remember the number) over the Scythe.
