That they'll beat the 'L' out of your new CD.

LCD = cracked. I'd never have UPS deliver something as fragile as that.

It is being shipped by 3 day delivery from Memphis, TN to Washington State. I should of paid extra to have it shipped overnight or something.

fedex delivered a case of 100% lab-grade ethanol to my lab today. the box was beat up , one bottle's cap popped open and half of the bottle was gone, and the deliver boy pretends like he doesn't know english. he drops off the box and ran away.

so yeah. YMMV on fedex/UPS. stop railing at UPS.

the ethanol was like $75 a bottle too. oh well. i hate my boss anyway!

To bad UPS doesnt deliver on weekends because the package now tracks to be in Seattle.

Is there a way I can call UPS and pay extra for a Saturday drop off?

exactly. if you only had a clue.
1 tiny hub in columbus ohio pushes 115,000 packages through in 5 hours.

mine shipped monday and i got it wednesday in PERFECT condition.

the fact it is cool to bash UPS and frankly any shipping company around here is pathetic.

FedEx brought my LCD a day early, a week ago Wednesday to be exact. Perfect condition.

Where is the "All but 'Expect an early delivery'." choice? Also add a "LCD will be covered with boot toe prints" option.
Make a 'how many pieces will my LCD be in' poll.

LOL. Hopefully yours will be fine. But honestly, of the packages UPS has delivered to me, they've damage more than they've haven't. If they weren't damaged, they left them on the steps or front edge of the porch for the whole world to see and rain to completely drench, or from inside my house I've heard them throw packages on to my porch. I've had zero FedEx problems.
