My New House!

nice house. I like the trees in the front yard. Shade = good. Looks like the attic can use a little work though.

It's basically a crawlspace to put junk, I'm not worried about it.

Not for a few months, the folks selling are building and the house wont be ready till october, but we're closing mid september.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for the house? In NJ that same house would probably run over $350,000

Opps.. you live in CT, so your familiar with the outrageous prices of homes in today's market.

Actually, it ran us 291k after a bidding war. I'm really pumped about that!
 
Where in CT is it? I live in CT too. It looks like a nice town with lots of trees and lands. I live in town where everyday they are cutting down more trees to build new houses. 🙁

Wow, it's almost impossible to find nice property for under 300k in the tri-state area.

At only 291k, it seems you didn't have any serious competition. 😛
 
I'll post pix of my new townhouse once I get all my stuff (new home theaters, etc.) set up. Just moved in last weekend.
