Well with the Christmas time approaching I was being nagged as to what I wanted from the parents...eventually I gave in and decided why not start a home theater instead of my 5.1 decent PC system (DTT2500)...
Sooooo I decided they could get me the Onkyo TX-DS595 receiver (there are many reviews out there)
Of course I needed more so I ended up going with Axiom speakers. They're a Canadian company well known for making exceptional speakers, while not spending all their money on marketing so their prices are relitively low. For specs on them go to AxiomAudio.com or AudioShop
For rears: Axiom Audio Millennia M3Ti Se (Pair) - AudioReview.com Reviews - Other reviews: #1, #2, #3, #4
For fronts: Axiom Audio Millennia M50Ti Se (Pair) - AudioReview.com Reviews - Similar model review
For center: Axiom Audio Vocal Point VP100 - AudioReview.com Reviews - Similar model
For subwoofer: Pinnacle Digital Sub 350 - Similar model AudioReview.com Reviews - "Widescreen Review" review
Dorm room. Wahoo.
God I'm so poor now.
