objectdock/konfabulator/Trillian on the side everything is either autohide (trillian/objectdock) or is slightly transparent

stupid FF is using up 500mb of memory.

i am also running Windows Blinds w/ Vista XP by Kol. and have transparency in windows, but that obviously is not shown.

yea, im looking for a slightly darker image though so that my themes sorta flow better, its a really bright background for a generally dark theme

Don't install software without agreeing to the terms in the EULA. You do not own that software, and you are not running it under the terms in the license agreement. A license is the closest you can get to 'owning' a piece of software, as a consumer anyway. If you want to use OSX, then fork over the money for a mac; otherwise don't brag about breaking the law.
