My new Creative MuVo TX FM has volume jump from volume level 32 to 33.
All other volume level changes are small but between these two levels it's a big change in volume.

If I can't fix the problem with some kind of bios update I'm going to contact Dell for a return.
 
Huh?

Does it jump back and forth between 32 and 33? Does it do it when you do something? Is there some volume control thing (like on the keyboard) that is stuck right inbetween where the 32 adn 33 levels would be?
 
I phoned Creative support and apparently it was some bad firmware. An upgrade fixed the problem.

Man, everything you buy today has firmware. What's next, cars?
