My new CD burner and Windows XP

I just got a new Philips 12x8x32x cdrw, and unfortunately I found out it comes with Easy Coaster Creator 4. Unfortunately, it appears I need version 5 to be compatible with Windows XP, and they don't let you upgrade to version 5 for free if you have version 4. Also I don't want to have to go out and buy another CD making program; what do you recommend?

<< Use the one that comes with Windows XP 😛 >>

I need to burn some ISO files (no, I've not been naughty, I just want to burn Redhat 7.2), and I don't think the WinXP built-in stuff can do that.

Easy Coaster Creator? I haven't heard of that, I'm guessing it's somewhat the same as Easy CD Creator? What internet connection are you on? If you want Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum, I'm in a giving mood 🙂.. it works with XP, but you need a few patches, which I have

or just look for it on kazaa, no need to buy one

In that case...then just look for Nero, CloneCD, CDRWin 😉

You can also get an ISO reader jliechty. ISOBuster and WinISO are pretty good ones. ISOBuster is free, WinISO is not.

Another recommendation here for nero. Either crack it or pay for it (it'd be worth paying for).

<< your right, I once had a dog named nero! 😱 >>

After thinking about it abit more, I wonder if it's named after the roman emperor Nero, since he burned Rome, and this program burns CDs... Just a thought though 🙂
BTW, it's a 12x8x36x burner...I got it wrong in the original post.
