and the 40's in the 5.25 bay will be easy. i will attatch them to a pice of sheet metal that i will cut the holes in and cut the holes in to 5.25 bay cover and attatch teh bay cover to the sheet metal and then screw the sheet metal into the drive bay.

or i might jsut attatch the 40's to the bay cover and make some connectors so that i can disconnect the fans when i tke the side pannel off in order to take the front off.
 
I was trying to say earlier that the whine from 3 40mm fans in the front of your case might be annoying to listen to.
