What was your old car?

this is actually my first car.

and

Ill get some daytime pics sometime hehe.

First car ever, or first car that you've owned personally?

I'm sure you've heard it before, but please be careful. It takes a lot of respect to keep that kind of power restrained, and being a younger driver myself (23), I know how easy it is to play around and get into trouble. It's not your own neck your risking - it's other people as well.

Congrats on the car.

Its my First Car ever. I been driving my parents SUV before.

Yup, I don't do stupid shit nor go of excess of 10+ mph of speed limits. It is very hard not to put your foot down sometimes hehe. An Impreza wanted to race me on the highway the other day lol, and no I did not race.

Its a nice car and I am very lucky to receive such a great car.

PS: Hypermiling is tricky on this car lol.

Good to hear it. Around my area, virtually everyone under 27ish feels the need to push their car a much as they can just to show it off. The idiots that run a beat-up Neon, Civic, Cavalier, Sentra, etc. with a glasspack and some off-color lights usually just get laughed at. It's the ones that actually have a car worth a damn that often end up dead, and unfortunately sometimes take others with them. That's why I always throw a word of warning when I can. :)

After that nighttime pic where all I can see is the headlights, I simply cannot say anything nice about this. I wanted to, I honestly did. Fix the pics or ban.

Why?
Edit: and congrats, nice car.

In City driving I was babying the throttle and making sure I did not go above 3k rpm to meet my friends up at a restaurant and got 16.8 mpg, after that I followed my friend to his house and I did not drive as easy but not crazy either and got 18mpg. :( Same traffic.

I haven't tried using cruise control to accelerate though.

Thanks :)

At your age, wouldn't insurance on a G35 be killer?

Yeah but at least it's not a coupe :)

My insurance on my '05 G35 Coupe is like.. $1500 a year. :( I'm 25. Perfect record too (on paper ;))..

Nice car btw! I just got mine a few weeks ago and love it. I might do a double-din conversion for nav.. but not anytime soon. :)

Congrats!!

Your car in your first picture looks similar to my G35.

Edit: Mine was a stick and I was getting 17-19MPG so I would assume your car will do not better. Good luck hypermiling!
