Yes new car! Well, actually it's an old car, but it's NEW to me! This car has a bit of history to it. It was first purchased by Alex Van Halen Back in 1993, then sold to some guy in 1995. Then that guy sold it to me!

It's got 37k on the clock, and it is amazing!

Awesome car. My only beef with that model RX-7 is that they're more cramped inside than a Miata. Otherwise they are amazing to drive.

I am so damn jealous.

I knew that mountain looked familiar. Then I looked at the address name. What a great drive angeles crest is.

But if you crash that thing, Im gonna have to kill you. :)

The RX-7 and MX-6 are two cars to this day that still look very "fresh" and unique.

Just overall awesome lines on those cars. This one looks like it was very well pampered.

Awesome, I've always wanted to get an RX-7 - one of the best-looking cars of all time IMO. Excellent find on the mileage too.

If you happen to be interested in selling it in a couple years, shoot me a PM. :)

I miss those old early-90s cockpit-style dashes. :(

I can't tell one fvcking car from another anymore, they're all GD clones! But, this one rocks in more than looks alone.

Congrats OP. I'm jealous. Very very nice. Looks real clean. RX7 is one of the best looking car ever made.

Man I've been itching to get a weekend ride for sometime. This is definitely not helping.

stock twins, stock engine, hell no on ls1, it's actually NOT cramped inside. I'm 6'1, and i fit fine. My friend is 6'4" and he fits fine too. but, it is a 2 door coupe... so.... All the styling you see on the car IS factory (if not USDM, JDM).

If i DO an engine swap, i'm gonna stick rotary, as revvin' up to 9k+ is awesome, and the engine just sounds awesome at that revolution! Probably a 3 rotary NA (can hit up to 350hp NA) or a 4 rotor, (hit up to 600-700 HP NA)... ahh the sound of a 4 rotor 2.6L engine (naturally aspirated) is music to my ears... especially over 9k RPM! they banned the 4 rotor 787B lemans car in 1991 "due to unfair weight advantages" after it won the 24hr lemans back in 91!

How many pennies did it cost you?

I absolutely love RX-7's also and would buy one if I could.
