i just canceled my last order and went on and got myself some parts at newegg gonna be using the 4870 512 on this built won't be upgrading any major parts on this till at least 2010 and beta testing windows 7 64 bit on this once i get the parts

Beta testing on a brand-new build. You've got a bigger pair than I do.

How are you going to know if a BSOD is caused by hardware or software?

Also, looks good overall but 850W is major overkill for these parts. Drop down to the Corsair 650W (built by Seasonic - the best) for like $100 and chip the extra $40 into a 1GB 4870 (the difference is noticeable). And buy this LG Blu-ray/HD DVD/DVDRW combo drive ($120) instead of the ASUS you picked out: $10 cheaper & plays Blu-ray and HD DVD disks (you can get some steals before they're gone) and also burns normal DVDs.
