My new 2.8c

I just got a 2.8c

SL6WJ Malay pack date 6/25/03.

Does it sound like I can get a good O/C?

a set pack date has not been determined to be better than another as of yet.

I have my new one as well. Unkown of date pack as I put the CPU in before I even bothered to look at the heat spreader writing.

I got it from Newegg.

I am running stock right now..

My mobo is an Asus P4PE, it supports the chip.. Just doesn't like to O/C it.

The chip is quick.

I had it 3.10GHz not stable

But, my next upgrade will be the mobo. Probably the IS7 or the P4P800 deluxe.

Most of my chips (if not all) have been from 'malay'. All have o/ced very well, this one does 2.42 with ease.....
