my neighbor's internet isn't very reliable

So here I am, posting from my GFs bed, and stealing internet from one of her neighbors. It keeps on cutting in and out although the signal strength is high. I can't quite figure out where he is, but he's close, and AT is taking forever to load, thus impeding my neffing. It makes me very upset. What else should I do? The other wireless networks are all @ low signal strength, but two of them aren't WEPed...maybe I should try one. Or get one of those big parabolic antennas and an orinco card to connect it to .

Wow, what a coincidence, my internet is slow too.... maybe it's gonna go down soon? Wonder who broke the internet.

2) Stop stealing internet before he comes over and breaks your kneecaps
3) Netsend him a message that says "you're not secure, come see (name) in (apartment/address) to help secure it"

2) he has no clue where I am at all, and if he/she didn't know enough about networking to enable a WEP key, they certainly can't do much else
3) then I'd have to run an ethernet cord when I am posting from here. That isn't very l33t.

Well my DNS suffix is austin.rr.com, so I have cable, but it's interesting because the throughput really sucks. Wondering what he's doing?
