My neighbor just got another car....

Bringing the grand total up to 8 or 9 i believe... It wouldnt bother me as much if he didnt have to park them IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE.... I need to take a picture of this, its almost sickening

Yea, well not on the weekends... During the week your not "supposed" to park a car on the street but he never cares... Of course im jealous, their all nice cars.. Mostly lexus's and 2 beamers.. The real cars are down the street though... About 6 houses away the dude has a 911, and around the corner is a beautiful viper...

Most of the peeps in my development own their own businesses, im pretty sure he has something to do with glasses frames and things of that nature...

If you read the book _The Millionaire Next Door_, you'll see that most likely your neighbor is a hyperconsumer way over his head in debt with little net worth (debts cancel his assetts). He'll probably never get to retire because he's dug a hole too deep.
