My neck itches!

I got some rash on my neck.... it feels almost like poison oak, but it looks more like acne.. AHHH! It's pissing me off.

Yeah, it's that area, but I've been shaving for years and it never did it before.

by far the best anti-itch/anti-rash cream is Cortisone 10 w/Aloe. give it a try, it moisturizes your skin at same time.
