My neck have this numb sensation .......

Man.. what is wrong with me, whenever I use computer now, my neck would have this numb and tickling sensation coming out
Is my spin f@%(ed up ? Does anyone know why ?
Also when i do the head spin excrise, where you moves ur head in circular motion, when ever my face is downward my
neck have this little pain feeling coming out too...
OMFG .. am i doomed ? I only sat infront of computer for about 20hrs non-stop to programm with my neck sort of in a position like my head is about to diving into my monitor....
anybody can offer me a fix ? =X

try stretching after use....and make sure your pillow is the right size and thickness when you sleep....when your body is at rest , you want to make sure that is what it is doing....you might find warm comresses help loosen the pain before and between computer use....if it persists..GO TO YOUR DOCTOR
