My MP3 Blues: Help me

First off my family sent me 100 USD worth of gift cards for my birthday.

I cant take the money out for cash so I need to spend it some how.

I want to know what I should do: Please read below............

I currently have the Zune 30gb with update software and firmware. Here is the problem: I am competitive bodybuilder and going to the gym is like a daily chore hehe....I would have NO (ZERO) problem with keeping the 30gb zune however I understand it is harddrive based. As all you gurus know, harddrives and the gym dont mix. Also its not really a complaint but when I use the armstrap on my arm, since my arm is rather larger the size of the zune makes it unconfortable sometimes...

I love the zune I think its awesome but I want to keep it for a while and even if I can ebay the 30gb now while it is still work and get a 8gb zune 2 (I dont keep a lot of music....500 songs at most)

Should I:

Keep the 30gb ZUNE

Buy the 8gb Zune 2 -100 gift card - 75 for ZUNE (roughly) = total of my cost 25$

Buy the 8 Ipod touch - 100 gift card - 75 for ZUNE (roughly) = 125$ total cost


So any advice?

i got $75 for your zune shipped to illinois.

since you dont hold that many songs at once, why not a sansa e250 or something like that? screw ipods. theyre nice but the competitors have caught up and now bring much more value to mp3 players then apple ever has. im sure you already got an idea of that from the zune.....

the zune2 would be awesome too. if its small enough for you, WELL worth the money it seems.

Eff it. You can get 200 songs on a gen2 shuffle that will clip to any piece of clothing. Get two.

Let me take this another way. I suggest going over to www.anythingbutipod.com and compare and contrast all kinds of offerings avaliable. The forums and reviews are top notch. I love using flashed based players for working out in the gym.
