I overclock my system, KT7A-RAID with Durno 600 145 x 6.5
When I am under Win98SE, often when I am in the middle of something, my mouse just goes crazy! It jumps all over the place, and clicking by itself like a madMAN!!....
How could this relate to Overclocking? The rest of my system works fine! Except this stupid mouse.... any solution? (besides lower my FSB)

Have you run an antivirus program to make sure you don't have something like BackOrifice on your computer?

What kind of mouse? PS/2? USB? serial? and did you try to lower the FSB to see if the problem exist(you said you don't want to do it, but it's the only way to check whether it is the cause of the problem)

I think it's more of a mouse driver issue. If your overclocking your mouse with a program like PS2Rate or something... Your mouse will do that. I've notice that happen when I run my mouse at 200hz with ps2rate. I have since installed the latest logitech drivers that support 200hz refresh rate option and all is well.

According to a later thread, it would probably slow it down a lot if you dunked it in the bath tub.

sounds like a mouse driver issue...had an intellimouse do the same, drivers were upped to the newest, and problem over...
