My mouse & key won't shut off...

I recently built a system with FIC AN-11 Stealth board and for some reason my logitech keyboard/mouse on PS2 ports won't shut off after I turned off my computer. Any ideas? Thanks ppl
 
Typiko512, if you have a LogiTech Cordless Freedom Optical, the mouse will stay "alive" if your PC is on or off.

I have a logitech optical wheel mouse (the blue one). Don't know the exact names...
 
The last 2 motherboards I owned did that. On one of them I could stop it by going to the Power Management menu in the BIOS and disabling Wake From Keyboard.
 
Well to my knowledge, it's normal that the optical devices stay on. I have an optical mouse and it stays on. There's nothing really to worry about unless you want to save a trivial amount of energy.
