My mother needs some new photo scanning software

She's using Adobe PhotoDeluxe 3.0 and its gone haywire. There is no support for it anymore so I'd thought of getting her something new.

It needs to be really simple to use and have some one-touch enhancing/fixing capability.

Any help would be great

I decided on Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0. I guess no one knows anything about this kind of stuff.

It would be easier (for about the same cost or less) to buy something like an HP 1250 or 1350 series all-in-one printer/scanner. It comes with decent (although a bit bloated) scanning software with some decent, albeit basic, photo editing software. Those units can be had for between $70-90.
