My monitor just went wacky

Below is a link to a photo I just took of my monitor's screen. A few days ago I woke up and turned my monitor on and found myself looking at a severely deformed image. I tried the monitor with another computer and confirmed that the issue is with the monitor. Here is the info about the monitor:

Dell UltraScan 1600HS Series MODEL: D1626HT (I assume it is a rebadged SONY Trinitron)

Edit: manufactured August 1998

Anyone have any ideas? No one replied to me in the VIDEO forum. Maybe I should try GENERAL HARDWARE next?
