My monitor just went wacky

Below is a link to a photo I just took of my monitor's screen. A few days ago I woke up and turned my monitor on and found myself looking at a severly deformed image. I tried the monitor with another computer and confired that the issue is with the monitor. Does anyone have any idea what went wrong with it, and if there is any way to fix it? Here is the info about the monitor:

Dell UltraScan 1600HS Series MODEL: D1626HT (I assume it is a rebadged SONY Trinitron)

could be the video card, try to monitor on another system to rule that out..... is it statically that way? or does it change?
