MY MONITOR HSSSSsSTTTTT's....what could be the sound???

My monitor is making a hsssssssssttttt-ing noise.....anyone know what this means???

Sometimes it's arcing in the high voltage section or the yoke (coils around the picture tube neck), or it could be an irregular oscillation of the horizontal or power supply section.

I don't know how I fixed it, but doing the fonzy tap worked...its been less than a year so I guess I can return it if it screws up.....i dont know...🙁
