Hey, Just got a Samsung Flat CRT and on the top of the monitor the image is drooped in the center, no real problems on the sides, but the top is off, and there is no option to change the top and bottoms geometry.

Any ideas on how I can get it to even out? its really annoying, or is it just the way Flat Monitors are? never had one before.

Thanks

OOPS
Sorry about that!
Didn't see CRT, just FLAT.
Guess I should've gone to bed earlier.

Have you looked through all the Monitor's Menu pages? There has got to be on option for changing the Geometry...

Are both the top and bottom the same? And the center of the screen goes inwards? Most have an option that brings the geometry of the top and bottom in. Bring the top and bottom in till they are even with the sides. Then use the settings for screen size and position to center and enlarge it.

Hope this helps...

Which model. There are at least three different "Flat screen" crts from Samsung. At least one, the df series, uses a curved crt with an outer flat screen. My 955df is slightly off at top left and bottom center. I don't like it, but I rarely notice it anymore.
