My Monitor doesnt click on after restart

im using an epox8k7a with an Elsa Gladiac Geforce 2 MX.
Ever since i got this motherboard it has been doin this before i even got into windows so i dont think it has anythin to do with drivers.
after i restart and the computer starts to boot the monitor doesnt click on. so i have to hit the restart button and it clicks on when i do that tho. weird.

anyone know what to do?

update your bios...i had a similar problem

Mine's doing the same, it comes and goes.. I just reinstalled Winblows and the problem came back.

I just have to turn the monitor off and on again then it comes back. Thank god it's only a slightly annoying, I dont know what to do to it. The monitor is Hyundai DeluxScan, hooked up to Radeon 64mb VIVO.

My Bios are updated also.
i'm thinking i need a new video card.
