My monitor does something weird when I boot up my computer

This is a new build and after a hard drive failure, I recieved a new one and everything is running smoothly. Except everytime I boot up the computer my monitor blinks twice.... Anyone know what is causing this?

try another monitor if you have one. Is it a flat screen, or a crt? Is it connected to the same power strip or ups as the computer? Try the same monitor on another pc maybe. If it doesn't cause any problems while the computer is opperational, don't be too concerned I would say
