I don't get this at all:

I have a Samsung 950p that produces this faint buzzing sound when it displays certain colors on webpages. When I scroll around the page it buzzes more at different spots of the page (ones with more color buzz more). I haven't noticed the problem with any other applications, but that's probably because games have sound that drown it out. Could it be my old Geforce 2 GTS's fault? The buzzing definitely comes from the middle of the monitor....

If the sound is coming from your monitor than I doubt the problem is being caused by your video card. Try lowering your resolution/refresh rate and see if that makes any difference.

My Sony G400 CRT monitor does this sometimes too. I'm thinking the sound comes from the transformer coils in the monitor vibrating rapidly.

Are you using a UPS? Sometimes a UPS will have a crappy invertor that can cause transformers to do this.

No UPS here...I still have no clue. I'm thinking video card just can't handle the 1600x1200 at 75Hz well enough....

OK, update! I figured out that it's not a color thing, it's a text thing. Whenever I have a lot of text on the screen it starts buzzing. I have text-smoothing turned on, do you think this might be the problem? Maybe my monitor/video card can't handle the smoothing?

try pressing around the case in different places while it's buzzing. my monitor buzzes occasionally although not related to what's onscreen, and I was able to fix it by jamming a paper clip under a corner of the plastic case
