Luckily my mom is ok but the car got pretty f'ed up. My mom was crossing a busy road and thought the coast was clear. She did not see the other driver at all. Before anyone asks it was deemed her fault. The driver that hit her didn't make any attempt to stop or maneuver around her though so I don't think she was paying attention. The officer decided not to cite either my mom or the other driver.

I took some pics with my cell before they towed it away:

The car that hit her was doing 55-65mph. It was totaled. My mom's car did a 180 when hit. We won't even be able to get anyone to look at it until after Christmas so I was wondering what that ATOT experts thought. I'm thinking maybe 10k to fix?

I didn't get any pictures of the driver side but obviously it looked untouched. However when I shut the rear driver side door it was rubbing so that's a bad sign...

Yeah. $500. I'd like to know how much the insurance company will be paying though.

The unibody 'frame' could be bent, which is why the driver's side rear door is rubbing. They will have to bent it back with special equipment and replace the taillight, fender, bumper cover, etc. Since the airbags deployed, that will add to the bill significantly - as the airbag has to be replaced, along with sensors, mounting brackets... pretty much anything related to it.

It'll easily be upwards of 10k

the price to replace the side panel and check for damage to frame is the most expenive part.. ask the repair shop to locate used parts usually from a junk yard, that will cut the cost down.

make sure the repair shop gives you a written estimate of what needs to be done, incl. all labor, taxes, etc. get 3-4 quotes to see who isn't ripping you off.

what type of cell phone camera is that btw?
