My mom is about go buy a computer from CompUSA + MSN Rebate

because my little brother's computer was broken at Dallas and I couldn't be there to fix it. I cannot believe it. I snapped and went on a tirade how CompUSA and MSN rebates were the biggest rip-offs of all time and that I would just build her a computer on my own.

*argh* I can't believe she was going to buy a $1000 computer and use the MSN rebate. :|

I don't think you can get msn rebates anymore. But at least she consulted you before making the purchase. Many people in my neiborhood blow their cash at compusa for 2-3x as much as it would cost me to build them a better system. It makes me want to choke the life out of them.
