My mom hit my car today!

Backing out of the garage. WTF? It wasn't like it was hard to miss. It was parked on the left side of the driveway and she backed out from the right. So my car was on her driver side!!! The only way to have hit it was to not have even looked at all when she backed up. :| It scrapped the whole passenger side of my car and tore the little ASA cap off of my rear rim. Hopefully I can order a replacement off tirerack.

Also just reciently some stupid old lady slammed on her breaks after starting to make a right turn because she miss-judged. So i rear ended her and cracked up my front bumper. So much for my new $750 paint job. 🙁🙁🙁🙁
 
lol yea right. I'm just gonna make her pay for it. every car she's ever had she's gotten in an accident. she did the same thing to my uncle when he was down a few years back.
but this was her brand new mazda6. :roll:

on a side note, I just sent off the payment for my supercharger today. I guess i'll wait till I have that for a while before I get everything fixed....... just incase. 😉

eh? I wasn't. It was a turn lane. person in front turns right. you drift foward so you can see traffic, look left to see if it's ok for you to go, then go when ok. that's what i did. I was already looking left because I thought she went. by the time I saw the brake lights in the corner of my eye it was too late.

btw, she was out way past the line when i hit her.

Miata's are hard to see... especially when you aren't looking. 😉

As for the rear-ending thing are you just bitching because it was just fixed and now you need to get it redone (essentially) -- I confused because it sounds like you had the car painted and then did the bumper thing, and now this... which is still bad, but, you could have repainted / fixed the bumper again and then this...

There's only one solution... get rid of the miata and drive your moms wreck (leaving her with nothing to drive).
