My mom has been divorced for probably around 12 or so years. Tonight, I was talking to my best friend Julie (jeweleeann) and I had the bright idea of having her dad and my mom go out for New Years. So, Julie asked her dad and it's set. My mom has a date. Even if they are just friends, I think it's cool that she's got one. (I may have a date....I'm still waiting to see for sure. ) Heehee

I know! I should start charging a fee. Heehee We got him to call my mom and now they're going for coffee in the morning. heehee It's great. My mom is like a school girl. It's been a long time since she's had a date and she's excited. So, now she has a date for New Years and so do I. (I think anyway...we'll clue you in on that one later.) Heehee

Okay, so.... My mom and Charlie went out for breakfast this morning. She came home and said that he wanted to spend the day with her. :Q Well, it's 4:37 and they're not back yet. lol So, I guess they're having fun. They took Charlie's son with them I think. (He's around 10 or so) I called Julie and she was wondering where her dad was and I told her I called her to see if she knew where my mom was. LOL I think it's really cute. *Giggle*

Okay, well.... I had (and my mom too) dinner at Julie's house. So, they got to see each other again. Heehee He really likes my mom. She's just wanting to take it really slow though. This is the first time she's dated since she dated my dad. (She was like 17 then.) But, at least we'll both have dates for New Years. Julie's fiancee (BarbeQueGuy) will be here and my date is gonna be Xerox Man. We're probably going to spend New Year's with each other. It should be fun. Not sure yet what we're doing, but it should be fun. Heehee
