My mom had a stroke yesterday....Update 1-3-08 Mom has been released !

Got the call yesterday around 1PM and she had a stroke deep within her brain and when I left last night they were doing a battery of tests and of course I cannot sleep so thats not going to help.

I was hoping for a better '08 but looks like a extension of the horrible '07 I just had.



I am seriously losing faith after losing my first born son and the fiasco of pain / bad luck last year and now this.....







UPDATE :

Well she got out a little bit ago,she has Severe Hypertension w/ harding of arteries and that contributed to the strokes according to the docs so she is out and on new meds so it worked and I think you all from the bottom of my heart.


So a big thumbs up to a positive forward step for the new year ....:thumbsup:

My father had a small stroke 2 years ago, but he was ok. My mother died of a cerebral aneurysm when I was 19.
