I posted some quick pictures of the mod I performed on an older FDP32 I had so it would work on a Abit KT7 Raid with my Duron. Originally it wouldn't fit because the back of the heatsink touched the zif socket. So I cut 4 rows of fins off, trimmed them down .25" and epoxied (with Circuitworks Silver Thermal Epoxy) the 4 rows upside down to big piece. Check it out:
