My Mobo died (Supermicro X7SBL-LN2) need a replacement... little help!?

My server's motherboard just died and I'm looking for a replacement. I noticed that the board I have in it (Supermicro X7SBL-LN2) retails at $179 and I'm looking to get something cheaper (<$100). My CPU is a C2D and I need to be able to install 4x 2gb G.Skill DDR2-800 on it. Any ideas?

Check out ebay. Several used Supermicro X7SBL-LN2 boards for under a $100.
