My mob isn't booting up with 2 sticks of Ram anymoroe

MY Ultra-D just stopped accepting 2 sticks of ram in the orange slots. Now I am forced to use only one stick on the slot 2 if I want to boot up. It worked fine for a while after I changed my OS to Vista. I switched to my Sli-D and the problem is still the same. The ram is G.Skill F1 -4000USU2-2GBHZ. Will changing the bios help? Could it possibly my cpu that is stopping my computer from booting up with 2 sticks? I bent the needles of my fx-55, but I bent them back to normal. There are 3 lights lit on the debug and there is no computer beep. I switched the ram too and the same thing occurs so it isn't the ram.

download and run memtest86 just to make sure your RAM is good. You'll probably just have to test 1 stick at a time tho. Let it run for a while, the longer the test, the better the results..............
