I have to change the batteries every three weeks or else it starts to type each character twice, (until I change the battery).

dumb microsoft.. why the heck would they make such a stupid type of low battery indicator?
And my battery isn't even that low! I tested them and they aren't that bad.

NEVER BUY stupid MS WIRELESS KEYBOARDs! I bought it because it was smooth to type on.. but the battery thing sucks!

And I'm using fresh alkalines every time too! (before you people accuse me of using crap batteries).

blah!

That's how my wireless intellimouse explorer MS is, batteries every 3 - 4 weeks.

I'm using a logitech wireless keyboard, and i rarely ever change the batteries. In fact, it must have been 4 months since i've changed them out.

Maybe its worth calling tech support for? They are pretty good about replacing things if something is wrong with it.

I use logitech. They are good. Why do you buy Microsoft anyway? They already ripped us off so much money on Windows.

i have to concede the fact that i've been pleased with every microsoft hardware product i've ever owned or used, from mice to keyboards to the mysterious microsoft phone, they're all pretty good.

Add me to the list of Logitech fanboys. :)

I only buy keyboards and mice branded by Logitech.
