My Logitech Cordless Keyboard/Mouse is interfering with my Audigy Platinum Remote.

Is there any way to assign frequencies to either of them? Every now and then while I'm typing or clicking away with my wireless mouse, the Audigy Menu or Playcenter will popup. Anyone else have/had this problem and know of a way to correct it? I've already turned down the sensitivity of the remote via the Soundblaster application, but I'm hoping that I can switch channels or something like that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Edit: I just found out my Cable remote interferes with the Audigy as well...:(

I assume these are all IR devices. If so its not really possible to change the "frequency".

I think my Audigy Platinum and Cable Remote is IR, but my logitech keyboard/mouse is radio. I don't understand how the radio waves can interfere with my IR Audigy...:frown:

Your cable remote, being IR, may interfere with the Audigy. However there is no way that the LT cordless desktop can interfere with the Audigy.

Most likely, it's the iTouch software, or the Creative Launcher playing silly buggers. Since one is as bad as the other for bugs, I can't really tell you which is the culprit. I run the same combo on a couple of PC's, and I would have to say that the performance issues of the wireless keyboard & mouse (sometimes buttons 'stick', strange things happen etc - even after warranty repair/replacement, I can't be bothered anymore) is more annoying than problems with my Audigy Plat. or SBLive! Plat.
