Are you sure you chose one of the subs that is $5? It's not even most their subs that's $5, but about half of em.

pretty sure a club is suppose to be $5

At my local stores only the following are $5:

Meatball Marinara
Cold Cut Combo
Spicy Italian
Veggie Delite
Black Forest Ham
Oven Roasted Chicken Breast
BLT
Tuna
My local Subway has all of those except the Black Forest Ham. I always end up getting a Spicy Italian or a BLT, which gets a little old after a while.

Meatball Marinara (too messy)
Cold Cut Combo (I could make this myself at home...)
Spicy Italian [yum]
Veggie Delite [no meat or meat byproducts = fail]
Black Forest Ham [unavailable]
Oven Roasted Chicken Breast [hmm]
BLT [yay bacon]
Tuna [not my thing]

Haven't checked out the Oven Roasted Chicken Breast before. I'm kind of curious if its chicken cold cuts, or actually chunks of chicken breast.

Local grocery store has homemade 24" subrolls, 5 times as much meat as subway, for $8 or $9. Most of the grocery stores in this area that have a deli have something similar. Much better meat & better subs.
