My Linux servers response time is slow...HELP!!

I have Webmin 0.87 running on my box. I'm primarily using it to share files with my local "net" buds. It seems to have VERY slow response time. It's sitting on my @home service, behind my solid state firewall. Is webmin a slow serivce, or are there tweaks that I'm unaware of? I don't see how my @home service could be this slow. I'm almost certain that my network is clean, and noone is home right now using the machines. Can anyone help?

I'm not sure what you mean. When I hit my webmin url on the server, the response time is VERY slow. The machine is only a PII400 with 196 MB running RH 7.0 on @home service. So I don't think the box is slow. WOuld it be webmin?
