Update: I forgot to mention I am missing my law school classes and we are ~3 weeks away from exams, I have been having uncontrolled panic attacks for the last 6 months, I have high blood pressure, my mom is a wreck because of my brother, and a few other things...
You need to find a way to get a handle on yourself. If you go to pieces in school the real world is going to devastate you. School is easy. You should seriously seek some help.
Heh.. I am already seeing a shrink, but maybe I need a better one![]()
Sounds like it. You cannot function as an adult in a REAL job if you are having panic attacks.
you internalize your stress, in other words you handle it terribly and it affects your health.Originally posted by: LordSegan
My 16 yr old brother ran away from home this morning and I have felt convuslive ulcers in my stomach for the last 48 hours. My mom is freaking out and my grampa is a senile retard who apparently knew about my brother's plan but thought he could handle it.
And its only 10:22 am....
I might be in the ER or dead by noon the way things are going...

I know I still have it better than a LOT of people, but man, I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel right now.

Well, I guess it remains to be seen. I know a ton of people taking drugs and or abusing drugs/booze in school right now. Let's just say, I am not the only one who feel like ****** at law school. That said, I have been suprised how stressful it has been.

how about taking up yoga, meditation, or something similar? exercise is also a good way to shake the stress of the day.
as for your brother, he's 16, let the little brat learn a life's lesson on his own.

End your life now. It's obvious you cannot handle what's been given to you nor do you want to, judging by your statements.Originally posted by: LordSegan
