My left wrist hurts like hell!

For the last few years, on and off, my left wrist gets really painful occassionally. If it's just in a flat position it's fine, but if I move my hand up or down in a fist, or left and right, it can get pretty painful.

I know... I know, see a doctor

But I'm just wondering, is it possibly CTS? That sure would suck

I suppose you could just have bad posture. Thats easily correctable as long as you are concious of any bad posture you have and to fix it. My girlfriend had something similar, I don't believe her wrists hurt anymore, she hasn't mentioned they hurt at least
