I have only watched the 747 takeoff, which was cool, but i can't believe how mich the wing flexs! I have never been on a 747, and realize the dynamics of flight require fleixability, but OMG...

You got to be a plane/flight lover I guess.

I have often sat at the window of a Lufthansa A340-300 so it brings back memories. Since I was a kid I was also fascinated by the movement of the flaps, etc.

Hmm... not to be the wet blanket, but I thought that FAA rules required you to turn your video cameras off during take off.

What can the flight crew do while they're strapped in their seats? It's not hard to conceal a small hand-held DV cam.

The bending of the wing isn't just something they check and make sure it's okay, it's something that's very integral to the design of the wing - once it's "bent" when you're cruising, it has to be the right shape. They're specifically designed to bend that much.
