Sure it'll run, but think it'll play good? Stores have 15% restocking fee on software and some don't take returns
 
I imagine it will run fine. The game uses the same engine that C&C 3 and Generals used, so it can't run too much slower than C&C 3, which is extremely easy for a machine of that caliber.
