My laptop is messed up

I have a dell inspiron 5160 a 2.8GHz w/HT and i wanted to look at my specs and look what i saw...........Can anyone Explain what the heck is going on why do they say diffrent speeds?????? Click on the link its a pic of teh specs

perhaps sandra is showing your CPU's spec. speed, and CPU-z is showing its current clock speed. my dell inspiron 5150 clocks itself down when it doesn't need the speed. i would imagine that the 2 programs are reporting different things. what does "my computer --> properties --> general" say? for example, mine says
"Mobile Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU
3.06 GHz
1.59 GHz"
so it's a 3 GHz processor running at 1.59

this might not be what's going on, just a thought

yeah, those pictures were taken before i tied everything up. i should really post some updated pictures. ...meh...
