My laptop computer is slow

Hi even after a clean installation of windows 10, My pc is very much slow.
This one is a new laptop? any suggestions to rectify this issue. I am having Win 10 enterprise version.

Is it an AMD E1-something? Because those are just SLOW, and there's not much you can do about it.

If buying AMD laptops, stick with A6/A8 or higher, for acceptable performance.

is it budget laptop cpu those are really slow. Did you mention ram amount. Nothing can help you with that cpu limiting things
