For the 2nd time in the last few months he lets workmen into my apt to work on something without telling me. This time it was to put a skylight in the bathroom. I made it very clear last time that it was unacceptable to enter my place without notifying me ahead of time. It is also illegal. Who knows if I'm gonna leave my crack pipe out or dirty underwear on the floor or something. What is also pissing me off is that I left my cell phone at work so I have to wait till tomorrow to call him and bitch him out :| I will say that if it happens again I'm moving out. Would be too bad because this place is pretty nice and I've been here for 3 years.

I guess you would call it the former, it's a single building with 4 apartments side-by-side. Landlord lives elsewhere.
